    Overview & Responsibilities
    The position will require working with broad cutting edge technologies, including, but not limited to AWS API Gateway, API Management System (APIM), IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, Automation Suites for testing API, Venafi Systems, CyberArk, Python, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Security, REST Services, Micro Services, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) security model, Identity and Access Management, Single Sign On (SSO), Kubernetes and containerization technologies, and the other integration technology. The candidate will play a subject matter expert (SME) role in the field of web Services, microservices and REST API. Responsibilities include:
    • Review the API specification for conformance of the enterprise standards and API governance framework.
    • Review the documentation and make recommendations for change.
    • Design and develop framework (reusable routines) using REST API Specifications and shell scripts to manage lifecycle of APIs.
    • Work with CI/CD team to create necessary custom Jenkins pipelines.

    Responsibilities
    Our client is looking for a Data Entry Clerk, working in a Mailroom environment, to separate, open, sort, and scan mail on a daily basis. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for shipping and receiving office supplies and materials, weighing and preparing shipments, operating the postage meter, and picking up packages insides and outside the office – all the while leveraging data entry skills to track the incoming and outgoing materials.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of data entry / clerical experience.

    Overview

    Our client is seeking two (2) Claims Processors to review and adjudicate paper/electronic claims. Claims Processors will determine proper handling and adjudication of claims following organizational policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Examines and resolves non-adjudicated claims to identify key elements of processing requirements based on contracts, policies and procedures. 
    • Process product or system-specific claims to ensure timely payments are generated and calculate deductibles and maximums as well as research and resolve pending claims. 
    • Use automated system processes to send pending claims to ensure accurate completion according to medical policy, contracts, policies and procedures allowing timely considerations to be generated using multiple systems.
    • Completes research of procedures. 
    • Applies training materials, correspondence and medical policies to ensure claims are processed accurately. 
    • Partners with the Quality team for clarity on procedures and/or difficult claims and receives coaching from leadership. 
    • Participate in ongoing developmental training to perform daily functions.
    • Completes productivity daily data that is used by leadership to compile performance statistics. Reports are used by management to plan for scheduling, quality improvement initiatives, workflow design and financial planning, etc.
    • Collaborates with multiple departments providing feedback and resolving issues and answering basic processing questions.

    Required Skills & Experience 

    • High School Diploma or GED and less than one year experience processing claim documents. 
    • Administrative research experience.
    • Previously processed 200-300 medical claims daily for prior roles. 
    • Demonstrated analytical skills. 
    • Demonstrated reading comprehension and ability to follow directions provided. 
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills. 
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate computer applications, namely, Microsoft Outlook and Excel. 
    • High attention to detail.

    Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to facilitate training programs, ensuring that Customer Service employees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge/abilities to perform their assigned tasks, strengthen current skills, and acquire new skills to meet current and future business demands. This Learning & Development (L&D) Team supports Customer Service Representatives who service the organization’s Commercial/Large Market customers. This position is open because the organization’s Commercial Market area is growing – and more Customer Service Representative classes are needed to be onboarded. Furthermore, as the organization has moved to more remote work, training and facilitation methods have shifted – with two Trainers needed for these operational trainings versus one Trainer when the trainings were in-person. It is important to note – the Learning & Development (L&D) Specialists will spend the first few months learning the systems and roles they will be training. There are currently four Customer Service Representative classes scheduled to be onboarded in 2024 – and the Learning & Development (L&D) Specialists will have the opportunity to be observers of the training program for the first and second session. The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialists will be responsible for training facilitation – not training content development. Essential functions include the following: 

    • Facilitates virtual instructor-led training that reflects adult learning ideas to build capabilities and drive behavioral change and engage learners.
    • Utilizes business trends and post-learning evaluation to improve training content and delivery.

    Required Skills & Experience
