Overview
Our client is seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst to play a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements. The responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
- Creating functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
- Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Providing training and support to users during and after system implementation.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for this role.
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma and 3-5 years of coding development experience.
- Advanced Excel analytical skills with V- look ups, formulas and macros.
- Advanced skills with PowerBi including developing, creating and building dashboards.
- Able to draft process documents.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Ability to learn software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
