Overview

Our client is seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst to play a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements. The responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
  • Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
  • Creating functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
  • Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
  • Providing training and support to users during and after system implementation.
  • Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma and 3-5 years of coding development experience.
  • Advanced Excel analytical skills with V- look ups, formulas and macros. 
  • Advanced skills with PowerBi including developing, creating and building dashboards. 
  • Able to draft process documents.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Ability to learn software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
