Overview
Our client is seeking a Department Support Specialist to perform a variety of support functions within their organization. This role will involve handling multiple projects concurrently and may include responsibilities such as compiling data and generating reports to assist the department’s overall operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years of administrative experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects requires strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track progress effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and taking on new tasks as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
