- This position is hybrid, with Tuesday-Thursday being onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
- Local candidates only
- The standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST.
Overview
Our client is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team of approximately 15 members. The role involves analyzing Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) data, interpreting the findings, and presenting actionable solutions to clients through briefings, meetings, and detailed reports. Key responsibilities include evaluating CC&B metrics, deriving insights to inform client management strategies, and creating tailored reports using Excel or Power BI to support the client’s CC&B initiatives effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of Quality Analyst experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Quality Analyst experience.
- Customer service background.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerBi to include dashboards, reporting, and building data. .
- Experience utilizing Tableau.
- Ability to effectively interpret data/metrics.
- Willingness to learn, participate, and collaborate.
