Terms of Employment

  • W2 Contract, 24 months (Potential to Convert) 
  • This position is hybrid, with Tuesday-Thursday being onsite in Philadelphia, PA. 
  • Local candidates only
  • The standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST. 

Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team of approximately 15 members. The role involves analyzing Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) data, interpreting the findings, and presenting actionable solutions to clients through briefings, meetings, and detailed reports. Key responsibilities include evaluating CC&B metrics, deriving insights to inform client management strategies, and creating tailored reports using Excel or Power BI to support the client’s CC&B initiatives effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of Quality Analyst experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Quality Analyst experience.
  • Customer service background. 
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerBi to include dashboards, reporting, and building data. . 
  • Experience utilizing Tableau. 
  • Ability to effectively interpret data/metrics. 
  • Willingness to learn, participate, and collaborate.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
