Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a major pharmacy transformation initiative. We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain and PBM Contract SME to develop the strategy and lead the negotiation of all contracts related to our pharmacy supply chain. • Develop and implement a contracting strategy for pharmacy rebates, network discounts, and other pharmacy economic arrangements.
• Lead the negotiation and ongoing management of contracts with PBMs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, GPOs, and other supply chain entities.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all pharmacy-related contracting.
Required Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in PBM, rebate, and pharmacy network contracting from a managed care/payer perspective.
• Deep familiarity with the pharmacy supply chain and the various entities involved (PBMs, GPOs, wholesalers, manufacturers).
• Proven ability to develop a contracting strategy, not just manage existing agreements.
