Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

Terms of Employment • W2 Contract, 19 months • This position is fully remote. Overview Our client is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their application infrastructure support team. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle cloud-based applications. You will also provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues on the project. Responsibilities • Monitor, maintain, and optimize the application infrastructure, including Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings. • Analyze and resolve technical problems related to application performance, functionality, and security. • Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and test solutions for application enhancements and upgrades. • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for application infrastructure support. • Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for application infrastructure improvement and innovation. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT analysis and support, preferably in Oracle cloud environments or Oracle applications. • Strong knowledge of Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings, such as Fusion, ERP Cloud, Database, EPM, and Analytic Cloud. • Proficient in Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, OPatch, and BI. • Familiar with middleware offerings such as Apigee, boomi, and Informatica cloud. • Proficient with command line tools on both Linux and Windows servers. • Understands networking, load balancers, and general connectivity protocols. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver solutions that meet business needs and expectations. Preferred Skills & Experience • Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle Cloud Applications.
