- This position is hybrid, with Tuesday-Thursday being onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
- The work hours are 8 AM-5 PM EST.

Overview
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
- Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
- Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
- Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- College degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong Excel reporting and PowerPoint creation skills.
- Comfortable and skilled at presenting PowerPoint presentations to leadership based on data report findings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
