    Overview

    Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of team and internal projects from the initial kickoff through coordinating major launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time. This role will guide clients through key decisions, while communicating and coordinating activities both internally and across departments. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will work on new process needs and improvements, while identifying and articulating internal client needs to the technology team.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex Products. 
    • Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across a network of stakeholders.
    • Manages and updates product roadmaps, issues/action items/risks, and helps product maturity.
    • Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the product teams.
    • Manages all aspects of implementation including ordering applicable equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with and supporting product/feature creation, managing communications, and reconciling metrics upon completion.
    • Ensures and drives deliverables to completion per the product schedule.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field. 
    • 10 years of experience in a program operation role with 3+ years in a product management capacity.
    • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
    • Experience in owning and driving various stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
    • Experience in organizations with strong product management cultures, showcasing their ability to collaborate across teams, adopt best practices, and drive a product-first mindset.
    • Experience working in medium to large organizations and be familiar with the complexity and unique challenges of such environments.
    • A strong foundation in analyzing data and applying insights to product decisions, with a bonus for technical acumen that supports work in AI/ML environments.
    • Experience in moving orgs from Program to Product Management. 
    • Experience with Agile/SAFe, ServiceNow, Aha. 
    • Experience in driving customer focused enterprise wide initiatives – influencing tech and Business departments. 
    • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
    • Proficient in Scaled Agile.
    • Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to train and mentor others. 

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Master’s Degree
    • Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, Product School) and/or SAFe certifications.
    • Experience in exposure to AI/ML-based product development.

  • Senior Product Owner

    Terms of Employment:

    • Drive and define the strategic product vision for the Customer’s business transformation using the ServiceNow platform.
    • Own, manage, and execute the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Conduct discovery sessions and meetings with internal business owners (PCBSA) and external FEP plans to gather and capture detailed requirements.
    • Create feature hypotheses, make data-driven decisions, and execute on the product roadmap.
    • Serve as the customer-facing representative, conducting presentations to executives and management with advanced presentation and communication skills.
    • Create necessary documentation and PowerPoints for product strategy and feature communication.
    • Recognize, analyze, and solve complex technical and business problems related to ServiceNow implementation.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 6 years of dedicated Product Owner experience
    • Demonstrated, hands-on knowledge and experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly with the CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM modules (not just using it as a ticketing system).
    • Experience in product leadership roles where the candidate defined and owned the product vision and roadmap (not just executing project requirements).
    • Strong knowledge of product planning and life cycle development principles.
    • Experience working with multiple/larger teams, particularly within an Agile/SAFE Agile environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with comparable CRM/CSM platforms and transformation projects (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Previous experience working within the healthcare industry.
    • Possession of an Advanced Degree.
    • Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
    • Experience with other ServiceNow tools like CMDB and ITOM.
