    Terms of Employment

    • W2 Contract, 6 Months 
    • This position is 100% remote. Candidates must be based in Eastern or Central time zones.

    Overview
    Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Department to source and recruit candidates. This entails fostering diverse candidate pools and conducting insightful interviews to assess alignment with job requirements. The Senior Recruiter will curate exceptional candidate experiences – from helping Managers open positions to screening candidates to partnering with Coordinators or interview scheduling and offer preparation to keeping a ‘pulse’ on candidates during the onboarding process. Utilizing an applicant tracking system (iCIMS), the Senior Recruiter will manage position vacancies, from posting listings to tracking candidate activity, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey for all involved parties. General responsibilities include:

    • Manage 25 to 35 open positions at a given time.
    • Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
    • Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
    • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment assessments, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
    • Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): Posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience – OR – High School diploma and 10+ years of high-volume, non-exempt, craft/union recruiting experience.
    • Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards for sourcing. 
    • Comfortable communicating with hiring managers ensuring movement on the positions.
    • Extremely organized with the ability to handle a high requirement load with several managers/clients in a fast-paced environment.
    • Skilled using Microsoft Office – namely Excel, Teams, and Outlook. 

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Any AIRS certification(s).
    • Experience in a corporate environment. 
    • Experience in the Power/Nuclear industry.
    • Experience recruiting military personnel.
    • Experience with “class hires” – up to 20 hires at a time.
    • Experience using iCIMS.

    • Must be able to travel and attend recruitment events weekly in your designated area. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

    Overview

    Our client is seeking a Senior University Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and support their university recruitment efforts during the busy recruitment season. This role involves managing the client’s university and national diversity recruitment initiatives across the organization.

    In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with students, promoting the company’s internship opportunities, and identifying high-potential candidates for internships across a variety of functional areas, with a primary focus on engineering.

    Program Details: Our client hires an average of 250 interns annually. The internship program spans multiple functional areas, with approximately 50% of hires in engineering.

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on recruiting interns from universities, technical schools, and diversity programs.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and through university partnerships to attract and engage students and recent graduates.
    • Attend recruitment events weekly during the fall season, and approximately 2-3 events per month in the spring season.
    • Support the coordination of national diversity recruitment initiatives.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with a focus on university recruiting.
    • Proven experience with university recruitment, including event attendance and candidate engagement.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and university representatives.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Experience with iCIMS (client’s ATS) is highly desirable.
